Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Delta, Electron.

If you do not want to leave your credit card details, please give us a call on 01264 324209 and we will take the details over the phone. Or if you would prefer send us a cheque, made payable to Nature's Harvest, to 38 Adelaide Road, Andover, SP10 1HF

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Charges

For addresses inside the United Kingdom : £4.95
For addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands: £6.95
For addresses in Northern Ireland: £6.95
For addresses inside the EU : £6.95
For addresses outside the EU : £9.95

All Wholesale orders have a £5.00 surcharge added.

Should postal charges be excessive, we reserve the right to contact you to come to an agreement on costs.

Shipping

We aim to ship items as soon as possible but it can take up to 21 business days.

Handmade items may take up to 4 weeks, but if items are needed urgently we will do our best to speed things up!
